We have a brand new and exciting newsletter project coming up real soon at the Community Centre and looking for a team of people to help run it!

There will also be training available to help develop your skills and give Greenstead a Newsletter to be proud of.

Volunteering is a great way to enhance your current CV, whilst developing your skills, building your confidence and giving something back to your community. So if you have a couple of hours to spare why not give it a go? You have nothing to lose and everything to gain

Under New Management

Greenstead Community Association is pleased to announce the appointment of Toni Knights as Community Coordinator.  Toni has been working at the Centre for over 6 years as activities coordinator and in that time has set up and organised a wide variety of events.  As from 1^st August 2011 Toni will now be Community Coordinator and overseeing the running of events and the community centre.

“This is an exciting time at the community centre with new activities, clubs & events being planned all the time.  We are putting together a new menu for our Filling Station Café and offering monthly special discount vouchers to the local residents.  Now is the time to get behind and support the centre and all its new changes, we are here for the residents of Greenstead estate and anything we can do to help improve peoples lives is our aim
