On Friday 3rd June we held a free street party for our local community that was a smashing success. The games, entertainment, food, and fun really bought the community together to celebrate the Queen’s 70 years on the throne.
We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who showed up with smiles on their faces to celebrate the day and to all the volunteers and staff who made the day run smoothly. We would also like to say a tremendous thank you to Kelly’s Kafe, Little Explorers, Donna’s Face Painting, Colchester Cancer Choir, The Party Dude, Hazelmere Infant School and Nursery, TUBZ, Go Bananas, Tesco, Waitrose, Colchester Borough Homes, and Colchester Borough Council. The day would not have happened without your generous donations, help and support.
